Should I include pet information in my listings?
If you do, or do not allow pets within your rental property its still a good idea to include that information within your listings. Some landlords require tenants to pay an additional pet deposit, or monthly fee.

How long after I post a listing will it be viewable by members?
All listings are available within 24 hours after you submit it and validated. During heavy business hours, this time may be slightly longer.

Should I delete listings after the property is no longer available?
Yes. Once the property is no longer vacant, you should remove it. Removing dead listings will reduce the amount of calls you will receive for the property. We remove dead listings to reduce the number of potential dead listings.

How can I determine what the current rental rates are in my area?
Due to the market demand and property location, rental rates will fluxuate from month to month. In order to make sure your rental rates are fair yet competitive, we suggest you look at other rental properties within you area comparable to your rental property.
